Three hotel projects shaped by one cohesive lighting approach

When a hotel concept evolves, the lighting must remain consistent, scalable, and reliable across every room type. Through a carefully coordinated luminaire selection and clearly defined specifications, a cohesive lighting experience can be maintained throughout the entire project.

During 2025, we delivered hotel room lighting for three projects as part of Strawberry’s transition from Clarion to Home Hotel: Fregatten in Varberg, Victoria in Jönköping, and Majoren in Skövde. Each project was developed in close collaboration with architects and interior design teams to ensure the right atmosphere, visual comfort, and long-term functionality.

With development and manufacturing based in Varberg, we maintain full control throughout the process, from specification to final delivery. This allows us to execute large-scale hotel projects with precision, consistency, and a high level of craftsmanship.

A coordinated lighting solution for hotel rooms

We delivered a cohesive lighting scheme built around a clear foundation, complemented by additional lighting where needed. The selection includes wall, table, floor, and ceiling luminaires carefully designed to complement the room’s architecture, materials, colours, and furnishings.

The solution combines functional and reading light with warm ambient lighting to create balance, glare control, and visual comfort. At the same time, it simplifies standardisation, supports efficient implementation, and facilitates future updates and replacements over time.

In selected areas, customised luminaires were developed where design, function, and installation needed to work together with high precision. With development and manufacturing in Varberg, we can adapt solutions to meet the specific requirements of each project while maintaining full control over quality, detailing, and delivery.
