RoomMate Floor Care automatically lights up every morning and returns to the circadian light rhythm, ensuring the user is exposed to the most suitable light. The user can manually adjust the brightness up or down. If the user has adjusted the brightness, the lamp automatically returns to the circadian light rhythm after 2 hours during the day (7-22) and after 15 minutes at night (22-7). The user can also manually turn the lamp on and off.
