Ten Hotel, Upplands Väsby

Ten Hotel in Upplands Väsby, just outside Stockholm, opened in April 2021. Belid Lighting Group delivered custom hotel lighting for guest rooms, corridors and outdoor areas, with lighting design and interiors by Ljusrum.

Guest rooms

Belid’s Slender wall luminaire and Dual floor lamp were specified for approximately 180 rooms. Using Belid’s in-house production, Slender was finished in a customised burgundy red, and new textile shades were developed for Dual. In collaboration with Creative Cables, bespoke pendant luminaires with textile cords were also delivered.

Corridors and outdoor areas

In the corridors, Taurus wall luminaires provide soft, atmospheric lighting through a bent sheet metal design with integrated LED. Outdoors, the Taurus bollard creates a consistent architectural lighting expression.

In the lobby, Belid’s classic Cato luminaire was adapted to fit at the foot of the stairs.
